Alan Jones
Alan is a proud veteran who has 25 years of experience in manufacturing and product management. Alan has dedicated ample time to guiding his teams to success, discovering firsthand the power of exceptional teamwork. He’s now dedicated to serving the Mesa community by overseeing every aspect of the flooring process for his customers, ensuring they receive service and flooring that leaves a lasting impression. Alan is also a father, husband, dog dad and enjoys playing the guitar.

As our production manager, Nora is responsible for customer success and financial reporting. She is passionate about helping to transform your space, and it is important to her that customers are taken care of from start to finish.
Mark Hart
Mark brings thirty years of experience in the flooring industry. He has done everything from a bedroom update to multi-million dollar renovations of residential properties and commercial and government facilities from Colorado to Arizona. He is a subject matter expert in flooring of all types. His experience in the valley has allowed him to develop crews that know how to take the vision his clients have from the estimate stage to completion.
